The mechanical seal washpipe independently developed by Chongqing Yinhe can be used in high drilling pressure and high speed drilling conditions, which makes up for the problem that the working life of the traditional packing washpipe assembly is greatly shortened under high pressure and high speed conditions. The main part is made of highly mild corrosion-resistant stainless steel material, and the friction pair is made of high temperature resistant, wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant composite ceramic material, which can withstand high temperature of 150 ℃. The working life of the friction pair is up to 4000 hours.
