The valve ball and valve seat after coating treatment are processed by special processing technology on all-empty machine tools to ensure product accuracy. After grinding with special equipment, they can reach mirror surface (within Ra O.2), porosity below 1%, and kerosene penetration test to ensure that the paper will not get wet for 24 hours. The hardness of this layer is 63-73HRC, the compressive strength is ≥3000Mpa, the bonding strength with the body is greater than ≥160Mpa, and the hydrostatic pressure strength test is ≥160 Mp. The finished valve ball and valve seat are placed in a vacuum pressurized special equipment and infiltrated with a layer of Si, Al low-torque material.
